Get Started

Each new client will need to order an initial assessment from Blue Ridge Headstone Care. This assessment will accomplish several things.

  • Physically locate the stone itself
  • Inspect the headstone to ensure that it’s safe to clean
  • Determine the level of damage and the appropriate cleaning method
  • Find contact info for the cemetery manager or church administrator
  • Obtain permission to work and any potential restrictions
  • Photographs are taken and supplied to you

The initial assessment fee is $25 for Wilkes County locations and slightly more for surrounding areas. Once the inspection is done, I will send you a photo along with an estimate for services based on the condition of the gravestone.

Please note that cold temperatures prevent the cleaning solution from working properly, so working in freezing cold weather is not possible.

Make sure to take a look at the FAQ page.

Pricing

Small headstone cleaning starts at $69 (for Wilkes County) and large headstones start at $99. Your exact cost will be sent to you after the initial assessment has been completed. Please note that your $25 assessment fee is applied to the final price. Surrounding counties will be higher due to fuel costs and travel time.

A yearly re-application of the biological solution is $39 (Wilkes County) and will ensure that your family monument stays clean and preserved. One year after your initial headstone cleaning, BRHC will send you an e-mail reminder just in case you are interested in the re-application.

A discount is provided for cleaning multiple headstones in the same cemetery. Military markers receive a 10% discount and an American Flag.
